'' Honesty is the best policy '' was the topic on which i delivered first speech of my life in English at the age of 8 years and won the competition , although my mother tongue was not English. Since then I am fighting for honesty one way or another, had been whistle blower a number of times and so had to suffer but I have experienced that a good deed always pays back a number of times more. I believe that humans are the most beloved creation of nature and therefore should be loved irrespective of race , colour , Religion , origin , language or sex. I believe that every individual is unique . I consider myself a human resource oriented person who strongly believes in humaneering and the Z theory for handling humans. Having worked at different organizations and having multiple knowledges I am of the view that if the humans are handled humanly ,this world will be a different and very beautiful place to live.
